Statewide Transportation Planning Guidance
The DOT&PF has a duty to conduct planning efforts required by to following federal and state regulations:

Modal and System Plans
These are statewide plans that address system needs and structure of a mode or subset of the overall transportation system. System plans help identify system-wide issues, goals, objectives, standards, and processes.
